Business Analyst

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major utilities company in Scotland. This is a short term contract position and can be based on multiple sites throughout the Central Belt of Scotland.

Business Analyst

The programme business analyst position holds a key role with the Employee Enabled Programme. This position serves as an expert in the areas of business analysis, programme management, programme management business processes and best practices using their experience and knowledge to assist the Programme Manager to complete the Identifying a Programme and Defining a Programme processes.

Essential Experience:

Interface with business stakeholders, partners to understand their business needs and translate those needs into programme artefacts.

- Identify and support the Programme Manager to identify the programme critical success factors and develop an assurance regime
- Support the development of Programme preparation plan for the next programme stage
- Develop the programme blue print
- Develop programme business case and define and validate benefit profiles
- Interface with stakeholders, partners, management, Portfolio Office and programme resources.
- Support the Programme Manager in defining and analysing stakeholder profiles and developing a stakeholder strategy with company corporate comms team.
- Develop the programme plan
