Business Analyst

I am looking to hire a Business Analyst for one of my public sector client.

PLEASE SEE THE BELOW JOB SPECIFICATION:

AS A BUSINESS ANALYST YOU WILL:- - Work with senior clinicians and users to establish national application system requirements and enhancements across many healthcare organisations.
- Produce detailed functional specifications for the development of new modules and enhancements to the national applications and services.
- Plan and manage the production of business outlines for system development.
- Act as intelligent customer to ensure that functionality changes are fit for purpose and meet the needs of Customer
- Be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of appropriate documentation for the system to provide operational and user specific information.
- Collect, understand and document the business requirements for change initiatives.
-Map, model and document business processes and requirements through one to one discussion and/or group workshops

YOU WILL HAVE:- - Proven experience in the analysis and design of Information and IT systems
- Excellent understanding of translating business requirements into specialist functional specifications for IT systems
- An understanding of the principles of Software Engineering
- Experience of business analysis in a development programm

DESIRABLE SKILLS ARE:- - Knowledge of MS SQL Server and .NET technologies
- Previous experience of working in the health on national IT projects
