- Motivated self-starter to join the Global Manufacturing Execution Systems (GMES) Support team.
- The GMES Support team is a fast paced, highly technical team looking for an employee that is ready to hit the ground running.
- Resource will be a member of a team who is tasked with supporting the global use of OSI PI and POMSnet.
- Application specific experience is not required, but aptitude for learning new complex applications is a requirement.
- Assisting manufacturing sites in troubleshooting complex system errors and issues related to system defects, configurations, infrastructure and interfaces.
- Providing workarounds for system issues impacting day-to-day operations.
- Coordination of validation activities with internal SQA and Validation teams.
- Coordination of deployment activities with numerous global manufacturing sites and technical teams.
- Escalating system defects to the vendor and coordinate patches.
- Communicating status of issues to management and client manufacturing sites.
