BUSINESS ANALYST
Key skills required for the job are:Business Analysis As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for interfacing with clients and to gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions. You are responsible across areas like requirement definition, execution and evaluation of functional tests, review, testing and analysis. You are expected to be a subject matter expert in a chosen area/function.
Minimum work experience:5 - 8 Years

- Serve as partner in region for the business operational support teams. A working knowledge of Tier 1 systems used, Apple business topography, key business drivers and support teams would be a distinct advantage.
- Coordinate and provide leadership for the resolution of high impact issues on Tier 1 applications during the EMEIA business day. Will engage the necessary support teams, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, drive for resolution and coordinate communication to Customer Systems management and impacted business partners. Escalate issues to Customer Systems Operations Lead
- Coordinate with global Customer Systems Operations team as appropriate to ensure continuity of support and issue resolution where high impact issues span business hours of other regions (APAC, JPN, AMR).
- Coordinate with the appropriate support teams and global Customer Systems Operations team on remediation plans for high impact support issue
- Suggest process and technology improvements for global Customer Systems apps. In partnership with regional Operations Lead, work with global Customer Systems Operations team regarding process and technology improvement efforts to improve fault tolerance, performance and availability of applications.
- Data analytics on trending incidents. Identification of underlying wider issues, opportunities for improvement and focus areas. Presenting reports to Operations Leads.
- Analysing tickets for Customer Systems applications to identify regional/global trends and emerging issues.
- Business escalation point for the resolution of production issues that are not high impact.
- Acting as business escalation point for the resolution of ongoing, non-critical production issues. Working with business users to trouble-shoot and validate reported issues. Liaising with APS team to ensure non-critical issues are effectively worked to completion. Communication to business partners concerning progress of those issues.
