Business Analyst

Working as a Business Analyst as part of the organisation the role will be required to:

- Perform requirements elicitation across broad range of teams and stakeholders (interviews, workshops, etc.)
- Produce formal requirement specifications
- Compare and contrast the business requirements with the traditional requirements in the CRM
- With the assistance of management, execute a market to survey to establish external opportunities
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to IT and business leads

Relevant Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills essential, given the wide range of senior stakeholders
- Proven experience with requirements elicitation and documentation
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the CRM space highly sought after
