You will be tasked with finding ways to improve systems and structures to deliver more streamlined resources and your capability to speak the language of IT will help you succeed in this.The challenges you will face are going to be complex so I will expect you to demonstrate to me a history of tackling and overcoming such challenges previously.
Value Stream Mapping experience is required as is your ability to write effective sector business cases and create business process diagrams. You will need strong documentation, presentation and oral skills to uncover business needs and facilitate workshops.
