BUSINESS ANALYST

A leading UK bank, are looking for experienced Business Analysts on a 3 month contract basis, with extensions expected for the successful applicants.

The Business Analyst must possess a strong business acumen and demonstrate extensive business analysis skills. The successful Business Analysts must have an excellent understanding of process changes and change management within banking.

The successful candidates MUSTmeet the following criteria to be considered for the role:

HR experience highly advantageous

Excellent understanding of HR processes and Payroll

Change Management experience is essential

IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

Background in performance processes desirable

Exceptional communication skills - verbal & written

Excellent time and people management skills

FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
