BUSINESS ANALYST

A leading UK bank, are looking for three experienced Business Analysts on a 3 month contract basis, with extensions expected for the successful applicant.

The Business Analyst must possess a strong business acumen and demonstrate extensive business analysis skills. The Business Analysts will be required to translate business needs into clear and actionable work packages. The successful Business Analysts must have an excellent understanding of process changes and change management within banking.

The successful candidates MUSTmeet the following criteria to be considered for the role:

HR experience highly advantageous

Change Management experience is essential

Background in performance processes is desirable

Proactive problem solver

Exceptional communication skills - verbal & written

Excellent time and people management skills

FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
