BA, with extensive with extensive ECM development experience is now required for our client in Madrid
To provide expert advisory for smooth delivery of service offerings and enhance/customize solution-sets in line with the strategy of the practice.
To gain user acceptance for deployment of the solution
To guide| manage| develop and engage the team for enhanced productivity
To review project deliverables for first time right delivery and ensure high customer satisfaction scores
To understand client environment| customize solution-sets and consult the delivery team in key project phases like solution design
To write white papers and other collaterals for enabling practice evangelization
Skills:
Extensive ECM development experience
Previous BA experience is desirable
Documentum Knowledge would be an advantage
