- Experience in business requirement definition projects for large enterprise - wide software applications.
- Experience across the entire systems development life cycle
- Experience in business process modelling and use case analysis
- Excellent workshop/facilitations skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to articulate complex processes and concepts to non-experts
- Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyse and document information
- Proven experience in analytical, research and problem-solving techniques
- Ability to establish creative solutions to meet requirements
- Experience in managing tight deadlines, coordinating activities, and escalating risks and issues
- Experience of working in teams (including virtual teams)
- Must be a self starter, highly driven and willingness to make decisions as appropriate.
