Business Analyst

For our client in Basel we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst for a project of 6 months.

These are you responsibilities

. Analysis of the cost tracking requirement
. Review of the different options available with the Global Mobility System and propose implementation options.
. Prepare impact assessment for the proposed solution
. Define the plan for implementation, testing and change management and delivery of the proposed solutions
. Prepare the Design of the proposed solution
. Design reports and analytics based on the input data set

You need to have the following skill set for this project

. Proven records as Business Analyst in HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
. Cost Tracking for International Assignee experience -
. Experience with Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent system)
. Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
. Knowledge of application systems development methodology
. Experience in working in a global environment
. Strong written and oral communication skills
