Business Analyst

Synergis is looking for 2 Business Analysts for a 3-6 month contract for a client in Norcross. You will be meeting with the business (all levels) to document business processes and analysing how much it costs to maintain each of those processes. The client is migrating to a new billing system so any experience working with billing systems would be very beneficial.

Skills:

- Business process analysis/evaluation
- Strong change management experience
- Cost analysis experience
- LEAN principles experience
- Visio/flow chart experience
- Heavy gap analysis work flow/value stream management and ability to make recommendations for large distributed organizations
- 12+ years experience (consulting background strongly preferred)
- Heavy BA experience in a billing department/finance function strongly desired
- Experience with Salesforce and Zuora is a big plus
