Business Analyst

An exciting opportunity is available for a Business Analyst with special focus on Enterprise Modelling. This role is located in Stockholm/Sweden, working for a major European institution:

The main duties will be:

- Liaise closely with all the project stakeholders, including business owners, project manager, and enterprise and solution architect;
- Perform stakeholder analysis and assist strategic stakeholders in defining business needs;
- Model, document, analyse, and propose improvements to business processes;
- Assist business owners with articulating vision and writing business cases;
- Manage requirements including elicitation, analysis and prioritization, verification and validation;
- Assist in writing test cases and contribute to testing in different stages;
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation;
- Produce documentation using UML and/or ArchiMate;
- Conduct feasibility and related studies for IT and non-IT projects.

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

- Experience in Sparx Enterprise Architect with UML, BPMN and ArchiMate;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS);
- Experience in the area of public health/epidemiology or other health areas can be beneficial;
- Proven experience with CMMI-DEV appraisals;
- Having experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, preferably TOGAF and RM-ODP, is an asset;
- Good team spirit and collaboration;
- Capability to work effectively in a multicultural environment;
- Capacity to plan and deliver own work, estimating accurately the effort and time necessary;
- Ability to understand and to efficiently summarize large quantities of information;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Rapid self-starting capabilities.

Excellent English skills both written and oral.
