Project
Your team concentrates on all aspects of 'Business Telephony' in all channels, mostly used in Retail Banking.

In the team business/functional and technical analysts work on projects and small changes on the BT Assets and Projects.

The asset management aims through analysis of daily task , to optimize and improve the system.

Your prime role will be in Program/Projects without excluding some asset actions.

Responsibilities
You will enforce the analyst team for the program on the new DIGITAL PLATFORM for Ebc (our Business Contact Centre)

You are the bridge between Marketing, development, Supplier and all IT Teams.
You can lead, organize, structure functional stream.
You can provide support to project leader and/or asset manager.
You can translate business requirements to functional specifications comprehensible for technical people.
During development phase you support developers and Supplier for all the questions they might have.
After delivery of the modified system, you perform tests, before the system is handed over to the test team, that performs the end-to-end testing.
You help building and review the test plan and the test cases of the test team.
During the end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing, you analyses defects.
You are responsible for the management of the Business Specs acceptance and the functional documents.

You report to the project leader or asset manager on your tasks.
The team has a main objective to deliver analysis of high quality in order to deliver high quality systems in production. Therefore the team has an important contribution to the level of availability and quality of our digital solutions.
The availability of our channels is a major priority for the business.

Education
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.

Languages
- French: Good knowledge
- Dutch: Good knowledge
- English: Good knowledge

Experience
- 5 years of experience

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- You have experience (at least 3 years) in the domains of Contact Centers.

Preferable
- You have at least some knowledge of Agile methods.

Business Experience
Mandatory
- You have experience in the financial sector as a business analyst, an IT functional analyst.
- You are accurate in your work, but also pragmatic and result minded.
- You have good oral and written communication skills
