Business Analyst

- Lead efforts to satisfy ad-hoc management and customer request that require research or option analysis,
- Perform data analysis, collection, planning and review for Security and Surveillance Systems and other activities both internal and customer facing. Communicate, discuss and resolve any issues, problem, etc. with appropriate customers or National ITS System parties.
- Lead efforts to document and collect various business requirements, organize, document and present (business process refinement) in order to present alternative solutions and provide recommendations for resolution or escalation, as necessary. Expectations are to ensure we are clearly articulating goals and meeting the customer needs.
- Lead, direct and coordinate cross team analysis efforts to result in good business decisions
- Lead small projects, taking ownership for all aspects of project development and implementation.
- Assist Project Managers, Manager and peers in drafting reports, TPM documents, conducting research on various topics, etc.

Job Qualifications and Education:

- Bachelors degree in Business/Finance/IT or equivalent work experience
- 3 or more years of work experience in similar or related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong technical, analytical, organizational and time-management skills
- Creative and critical thinking
- Presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work individually and ability to work effectively in a team environment, including virtual teams.
- Autonomous, self-managing and self-motivated
- Highly organized
