Business Analyst

Calling all Business Analysts in the Birmingham area. Are you looking for a new challenge with a market leader?

My financial services client based in central Birmingham (B1) are looking for a talented business analyst to join on an 18 month fixed term contract to help deliver some key projects as they continue through a sustained period of growth. The role will suit someone able to provide expertise in business analysis and able to clearly define business requirements and assist in the subsequent development in line with company strategy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced and evolving environment and relish the chance to take the lead on a number of change and development initiatives.

Within this role you will provide specialist business analysis skills covering a range of business change and development projects including providing input into the UAT teams. Working closely with IT Technical analysts and developers to help define and test suitable solutions.Ideally you will bring a wealth of experience in gathering requirements through workshops and other means, translating into technical and non technical solutions and providing analysis techniques to make necessary changes. Candidates with a strong mix of business change and technical IT project experience would be preferred and ideally previous financial services experience although any sector will be considered. Candidates with formal BA training (ISEB or similar) will be given priority although all applications will be considered.
