Business Analyst resource to join a project delivery team within Flood & Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCRM)

Business Analyst rresponsibilities:

The purpose of the role is to support the project team by carrying out effective Business Analysis activities and will act as the "bridge" between business and ICT. Therefore the ability to explain complex ideas and thoughts clearly to a variety of stakeholders is essential.

Business Analyst key responsibilities will include:

Eliciting and documenting business requirements in a variety of formats

Arrange and prepare documents for project meetings and workshops

Workshop facilitation

Complete business process modelling

Other project ad-hoc requests.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

Will have previous experience of working within a Business Analyst or project environment for at least 5 years.

Will have a BCS (ISEB) certification at practitioner level or above or CBAP

Will have strong knowledge and awareness of both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.

Excellent analytical and time management skills
