Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- A successful candidate will be required to partner with global business partners, marketing agencies and internal technical team to analyze, define and document requirements for consumer facing web/mobile projects, in addition to providing support and problem resolution. Working on the Digital Nutrition website and mobile app
- Gather and document business requirements by conducting meetings/interviews, and facilitating large-group/cross-functional sessions with customers
- Engage, interface, and partner with countries and advertising/marketing agencies throughout the world to build, deploy, and support consumer facing digital solutions
- Provide first and second-level IT support, problem resolution, and training for platform tools
- Ensure that all related applications are consistent with the customer's business strategies
- Provide subject matter expertise to other teams
- Analyze change requests to determine feasibility in relation to existing business requirements, processes, and data model
- Work with project leadership in determining design approach, estimating/planning, setting technical direction, enhancing business processes, and identifying required project resources.
- Initiate change requests, create documentation and user manuals, attend meetings, coordinate code deployments, drive out web based solutions with our technical team, assist with testing, and special project requests as needed

- They are fast learners, innovative, and enjoy working on international projects.
- Looking for broad skill set, lots of BA background, ability to work between development team and business users
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Doesn't need to have hands-on web development experience (CSS, HTML, JavaScript) but working knowledge of functionality
- 2-5 years of IT experience with a combination of analytical or project management skills
- 1+ years digital marketing experience
- Strong organization and problem solving skills
- Highly adaptive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Requirements definition and management experience
- Quality assurance management and testing experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Prior experience in food service industry and familiarity with nutrition information (eg, nutrients, allergens, ingredients, legislation) is helpful.
- Ability to perform and deliver in a challenging, fast paced, rapidly changing environment
