Business Analyst

My client a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Switzerland are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on an initial 4 month freelance contract. Reporting into ERP IT, providing input relating to TAS technology systems. Responsibilities include acting as designated point person for TAS technology systems. You will support the Global Talent Acquisition and Staffing Leadership team and support optimisation of TAS processes and systems. You will also provide Project Management for enablement of new TAS technology systems. Acting as point of escalation for user problems and technical issues dealt with by the Global Support Centre. To be considered for this you should be fluent in English and have at least 7 y7ears experience in business operation. Ideally you will have an understanding of ATS Technologies, RPO Outsources Models and E-Recruiting.
