BUSINESS ANALYST
As a business analyst in the Risk Strategic Change team the candidate will be responsible to analyze any business related processes, systems and data flows and to develop proposals for change or enhancement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
Prepare Requirement specification documents including requirement description and use cases
Conduct requirement, options and solution walkthrough with stakeholders
Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
Coordinating the work of more Junior Analysts
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate would have the following skills and qualifications:
Project management experience as project manager or business analyst
Experience in working across functions and regions and bringing together teams to execute projects that are dealing with complex issues
Credit Risk and Market Risk experience and understanding of Risk Management and Risk Control
Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
Ability to interpret new regulations and partner with business to drive requirements identification
Ability to see big picture correlating business requirements and thinking strategically on how to bring solution together in a cohesive design and architecture
Ability to work independently, highly organized self-starter and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
