Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Analyst for a 7 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for developing business-specific organisational solutions; dealing with organisational problems, focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks. -You are responsible for
-surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources
-definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
-development and evaluation of methods of resolution
-reviewing and improving work processes and information flows
-giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
-evaluating physical and organisational resources
-supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution
-consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources
-on-going adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions
Requirements
-Previous experience in global projects required
-Workflow process experience if possible
-Healthcare compliance experience
-SalesForce.com knowledge is a plus
-Fluent in English
