Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:

- Performs specialized duties associated with management of gas assets.
- Works with maps and records.
- Asset manager administrator
- Position is responsible for entering data from the field and transcribing into the database.
- There is a lot of data entry in the role, and data integrity also a part of the role- looking at two sources of information and determining which is accurate.
- Maintains and updates data in our gas system of record.
- Verifies existence and location of equipment.
- To maintain data integrity, works from error listings to resolve data conflicts between systems.
- Maintains data on a daily basis, of incoming Field Tickets and Service Inspection Repair Reports.
- Uses Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on tracking and management of data.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated knowledge of gas distribution systems
- Demonstrated analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite
- 4 Years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Passport knowledge preferred
- Gas assets knowledge preferred
