- Support database and metrics responsible for locating devices that are missing out in the field.
- Support investigation for missing devices. These are devices that are putting out a signal but were not reported properly during installation.
- Develop customized reports.
- Will communicate verbally and written with other areas of the business.
SKILLS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- 4-5 + years experience.
- Knowledge of Access, as well as Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Looking for someone who is flexible, and willing to learn.
- Contractor should generally be tech savvy and able to pick up on new software systems quickly.
- RF tech background is a plus.
- Gas and electric industry experience a plus.
- Must be able to work independently and handle work challenges effectively.
