Business Analyst

5-7 years of experience in a similar BA role

Experience in leading business requirements definition projects for large enterprise - wide software applications

Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyse and document information

Ability to establish creative solutions to meet requirements

Experience across the entire systems development life cycle

Experience in taking full ownership of the Business Analysis inputs in projects, coordinating activities, managing deadlines and escalating risks and issues.

Proven experience in analytical, research and problem solving techniques

Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas

Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written), including the ability to articulate complex processes and concepts to non-experts

Experience in working in and leading teams (including virtual teams) and mentoring more junior team members

Proven ability to manage work time, prioritize effectively and work on own initiative
