Business Analyst

My client is a prominent Australian business investing heavily in new technologies. A Business Analyst will play a key role in complex business critical projects; engaging with stakeholders to deliver an effective solution, through workflow mapping documentation, training and user acceptance testing.

Located in the heart of the CBD, this organisation utilises Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Sitecore as the backbone of a vast array of business applications with thousands of connected users via multiple sources. As the successful candidate; you will play a key role in on-going projects to further enhance these products and deliver measurable business productivity outcomes and further develop reporting capabilities.

This initial 6 month contract with long term potential will see you work alongside a small high performance team comprised of some of the best developers, business analysts and project managers. You will work with minimal direction, to engage with business stakeholders and effectively capture and document client requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Demonstrate extensive experience working as a Business Analyst with exposure to Content Management Systems.
* Excel in a team environment, but be equally capable of working with minimal supervision delivering solutions within strict deadlines to client specifications
* Possess extensive knowledge of business analysis methods and a highly developed communication and engagement abilities
* Possess past experience encompassing complete end-to-end project delivery
* Knowledge of Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or SharePoint is considered highly advantageous
