Our client is a global bank, headquartered in the heart of Zurich, Switzerland. Randstad Professionals is actively looking for English speaking:
BUSINESS ANALYST
OVERVIEW OF BUSINESS AREA:
The PBWM Design Authority (DA) is central in steering the transformation process of the global PBWM business of the client. The PBWM DA is a decision board that ratifies the target operating models and target IT architecture as well as their implementation roadmaps and business cases in line with PBWM business strategy. It acts as clearing house for solution decisions, is informing investment governance on strategic target architecture and ensures global interoperability between front and Back Office in coordination with other divisions. The PBWM DA involves senior stakeholders from business and IT units of the bank.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Scope: Industrialize the existing design governance structure within Private Banking/Wealth Management by standardizing roles, responsibilities and processes. With the industrialized design governance, a corresponding reporting and communication framework should be developed and implemented, including integration into Investment and Execution Governance of the division.
This comprises the following main tasks:
Review of current governance framework and definition of roles, responsibilities and processes of STC (Design Authority), core team and working groups in close collaboration with key stakeholders
Develop overall communication strategy for both internal and external parties, eg around target state including KPIs (for project and running mode afterwards) for the working groups
Support management of development and implementation process for current state and the target state repository (combining application landscape and operating models)
Develop documentation standards for target state repository
Establish SharePoint as central part of target state repository process and as part of communication strategy
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Essential:
- Banking knowledge with understanding for business processes and products (preferably IT or COO area)
- Knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio a must
- English as a must
- Abstract thinking, structured approach, communication skills, perseverance
Desired:
- Experience in IT platform, IT architecture and Enterprise Architecture projects, preferably in IT methodology and governance
- German is a plus
- Knowledge in MS SharePoint Designer a plus
