URGENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY - BUSINESS ANALYST -BANKING - LONDON/ PARIS

My client, a leading Bank, is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join them in a large reconciliations programme based in London and Paris

KEY SKILLS NEEDED:

- Accountant or Audit firms' consultant with 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking and Securities industry (Equity/Bonds/Lendingbuild a trusted CMDB with deep/broad dependency chains
- ServiceNow ServiceWatch - top down modelling of a Service; know exactly what components directly support each service. Build a "Service Aware CMDB"

Current requirement for supplemental resource on three different projects

- CMDB remodeling
- SAM Implementation
- Discovery Implementation

The service will involve Business Analysis activities for the ServiceNow platform.

Foreseen activities:

- Getting back to "out of the box" CMDB and reducing the levels of un-necessary customisation
- Consolidation of disparate software asset management systems (33 systems), into ServiceNow (SAM)
- Discovery and modelling of the 1000's of services that could be addressed by ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceWatch
- Provide weekly and monthly status reports
- Manage expectations with stakeholders as appropriate; including quality management and control, work allocation, and team working dynamics.
- Provide mentoring and ensure staff welfare, role satisfaction.
