WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST (SALESFORCE) FOR A 11 MONTHS CONTRACT ROLE IN DULUTH, GA.

SKILLS:

- Business Analyst must have 5+ years of thorough experience of sales and marketing processes.
- Business Analyst must have 3+ years salesforce.com Sales Cloud application capability know-how and administration experience.
- Business Analyst must have 3+ years Corporate IT and software development methodology/life cycle experience.
- Business Analyst must have experience with business process mapping and process design - preferably BPMN 2.0.
- Excellent Team player
- Excellent communicator, business and customer and executive facing

PLUS:

- Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Mining

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Gather business requirements for Salesforce.com and related applications.
- Document, review and present business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with salesforce.com developers to ensure design meets requirements.
- Collaborate with project manager to ensure timely deliverables.
- Develop use cases and user acceptance test strategy and scripts.
- Execute unit and functional testing
