Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- take ownership of security updates for all reports: meet with approvers/stakeholders to determine additional security for reports on existing roles; document and approve individuals receiving security outside their roles
- maintain log of issues for existing report & document new report needs
- meet with customers to gather requirements for new reports and for existing report defects or enhancements
- review tickets daily to determine next steps
- provide input & improvement suggestions for reporting process map(s)
- create training guide and provide training
- continue to meet with customers to provide them additional training sessions on Workday and report use
- define process for approving ad-hoc reports, instructions on how to fill out the Functional Reporting Specs, streamline EComm process for approving new reports, changes to reports, etc., to speed up report building and respond to customers faster

SKILLS:

- must have at least 3 years of Workday technical background or Report Writer experience.
- must have at least 5 years of business analysis or project mgmt experience
- working with customers to define requirements for development of technical reports, advise customers on best practices, etc.
