BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCIAL SERVICES - DUBLIN - IRELAND
An experienced Business Analyst is required to work on a significant retail change programme within a major Retail Bank.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The role demands that the applicants possess a strong toolkit of analytical techniques that have been practically applied over an extended period of time.
- Project scoping - utilising the CITI Hourglass model and facilitation of structured initiation workshops
- Stakeholder analysis and modelling techniques
- AS IS and TO BE Process modelling experience - utilising BPMN standards/notation
- Experience of BPM Workflow tools (eg TIBCO, Pega)
- Requirements elicitation/capture
- Experience of operating on SOA projects
- UML techniques including Use Case, State Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams
- Able to understand and model complex systems
- Experience of leading the Design Phase of Significant IT driven change programmes (£5m+)
ANALYSIS SKILLS REQUIRED:
Scoping/project initiation techniques (eg Hourglass), Stakeholder analysis/modelling, Business Process Modelling, Requirements gathering and management, UML techniques (incl. Use Case (critical), Sequence Diagrams, State Diagrams), Datamodelling/analysis, UI Design, familiarity with workflow tools (eg PEGA) would be beneficial.
YOU MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WORKING SIMILAR ROLES WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING TO BE CONSIDERED.
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Rate: €500 - 600
Duration: 6 months (initially)
