Business Analyst

In this role, you will deliver analysis and documentation of business processes and related ICT requirements and take a lead role in developing a highly functional identity managed portal solution

Specifically, you role will be:

- Defining strategies, validating and justifying business needs, conducting feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models and overseeing the implementation of solutions
- Undertaking investigative work to determine and document business processes and ICT requirements and contributing to organisational change
- Developing conceptual models of business processes utilising appropriate modelling techniques.
- Establishing and documenting ICT business and system requirements through a range of approaches including; facilitated stakeholder workshops; surveys; client meetings and industry reference reviews.
- Contributing to the development of estimates of software development effort and required resources.
- Effectively engage with all stakeholders to gain agreement and cooperation for the solution
- Mentoring other business analyst team members to contribute to the maintenance great outputs

Your success will be determined by your:

- Demonstrated experience to perform a detailed business requirements gathering exercise with a view to creating a Business Requirements Specification (BRS) which maps directly to a Systems Requirement Specification (SRS)
- Demonstrated experience with Identity Management Systems
- Demonstrated solid analytical skills, well developed communication skills, both written and spoken and advanced problem solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the business in redesigning/optimising business processes to solve business problems and/or take advantage of business opportunities.
