Business Analyst

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY/EXPECTATION:

- Primary responsibility will to support the extended warranty Program Lead in the day to day operations in managing the business area.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete gap analysis in all processes related to extended warranty functions
- Document end to end processes to ISO standard (desktop procedures and process flows)
- Program manage improvement plan to meet stretch goals
- Provide status update suitable for Senior Director level consumption
- Manage readiness set-up process for all new devices/variants
- Develop extended warranty metrics dashboard with insights
- Secondary responsibilities include analytics and return/repair forecasting.
- Need to gather number of processes, document them, full auditable playbook of the world, returns, internal ops, configurations, and put together an improvement plan for broken processes and manage through completion. Will put together process flows, docs, complete through sig - do not need to config or write systems, just understand processes and think through solutions and work with cross-functional teams.
- Will create further metrics from existing data to create dashboard for sales, revenues, etc.

SKILLS:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+years experience - Business Analyst
- 3+years experience Auditing, Forecasting and Analysis
- Bachelor's Degree

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Knowledge of consumer electronic products and related reverse logistics processes. Knowledge of Consumer Electronics Industry. Experience in Extended Warranty a plus.
