The successful candidate will have 5 Years experience as a business analyst
Required skills:
SharePoint/CRM experience; preferably on an implementation project
Requirements:
To be able to document the key processes associated with planning, delivering, managing, governing and maintaining content
Organisation/Role analysis
Process/Event/Control catalogue
Organisation and Operating models
Work alongside the Data and Technical analysts as required to deliver analysis as required.
Co-ordinate the activities to deliver the communications of the outcome of the feasibility study.
Develop and deliver the necessary documentation to support decision making, awareness and reporting.
Provide and articulate high-level and aggregated views of improvements and impact.
Work with key programme stakeholders, leadership and operations to define on-going improvement frameworks.
Deliver a feasibility report with a number of recommendations on the options and steps required to deliver the Vision. This will include cost benefit analysis.
All accommodation and travelling costs will be covered by my client.
