Business approval for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) phase 3 delivery has been agreed and it will deliver the following business benefits: a. Reduced administration costs/system automation enhancements / b. Improved customer service / c. Delivering Assessment Provider (AP) time savings. To realise the Business benefits further enhancements are required to both the PIP CS and PIP AT IT applications. A Curam experienced resource with current PIP experience/knowledge is required to: Assist in the delivery of PIP future Releases, achieved through assisting in the delivery of release products: attending a series of requirements workshops; and working with suppliers to deliver requirements for the definition, testing and delivery of release functionality.
