Business Analyst

SHELL EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY!

Key Responsibilities:
*Work closely with process owners to identify and analyse core processes and workflows in delivering IT Services and Operations
*Facilitating workshops with SME's
*Identify and Document the processes that will be changed when 'cloud' provisioning is introduced into Shell.
*Scope/quantify the amount of effort required to change existing process to accommodate the 'cloud' provisioning.
*Development of clear and detailed process maps and associated requirements
*Identifying issues and risks

Required Skills and Experience:
*Solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
*Experience of Shell IT services and operations would be very advantageous.
*At least 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
*Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
*Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse IT processes and workflows
*Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
*Strong business/client engagement skills
*Experience developing business requirements
*High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
*Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations - advantageous 

The candidate will provide methodical investigation, analysis and documentation in a SAP environment of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes and the information they use. They will work with clients/users to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures. They will arrange, prepare and conduct meetings and workshops for a wide variety of audiences.
