Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Analyst for a 5 month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate with knowledge in developing business-specific organisational solutions, dealing with organisational problems, focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks.
You are responsible for
- surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
- development and evaluation of methods of resolution
- reviewing and improving work processes and information flows
- giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
- evaluating physical and organisational resources
- supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution
- consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources
- ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions
Requirements
- SCRUM knowledge (PO role)
- SAP HCM experience
- Compensation Management
- PMM methodology
- English
