My client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst on a 12 month contract, based in Dublin.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
The client is a successful and admired Telecommunications company who are innovative and forward thinking and who believe customer service is paramount. The goal to become the provider of choice when it comes to communication services in Ireland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business readiness workstream - ensure all requirements of the commercial department are captured and processed through the internal technical and non-technical delivery process
- Customer journey - assist in the design and implementation of the end-to-end journeys, identify gaps or new requirements to ensure a seamless and simple subscriber experience
- Change management - review existing processed and re-design with stakeholders
- Test case documentation
- Coordination in commercial UAT
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- 3-5 years business analyst experience
- Background in working in both technology and commercial environments, ideally in the telecommunications sector
- Experience in a major infrastructure or billing program is a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of Systems architecture
- Business process design and customer life cycle design
- Ability to apply project management concepts and tools
- Expertise in how to implement applications in a business domain
