Client IT Application Development team supports the Revenue Generation Organization which includes Brand Web, Loyalty, Distribution, Sales and Revenue Optimization.  : 

Position Mandates:

Position requires strong application development business analysis  experience.  Ability to work independently throughout the system development life cycle.  Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional design specifications and interacting with business partners and technical resources. 

Requires 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Gather and assimilate all available existing documentation/intelligence if applicable

Interview SME's (eg, Business Process Owner, Team Leader, End User)

Interview key stakeholders (eg, Business and/or Product Owner)

Interact with Business Analysts and Technical Resources

Document, coordinate and facilitate discussion of the business requirements document

Assist in the identification of potential solutions to business problems with the team (Dev/Arch/QA, Product Owner)

Interface between the development team and project team to ensure requirements are met

Participate in technical design and code reviews

Create test plans, test and implement development changes

Execute assigned project activities on time, within scope and budget

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years application development business analysis experience

Strong knowledge of SDLC

Experience with web development projects

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Outstanding problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills

Develops a clear vision for the end product/system - Looks at the global picture and thinks out of the box

Uses multiple elicitation techniques, listens to the business stakeholder and  end users
