Business Analyst

Our client is currently seeking the services of a BUSINESS ANALYST (CLOUD SERVICES) to participate in a Cloud Services Adoption project underway within their IT Services division.

THE ANALYST WILL BE INVOLVED IN THE FOLLOWING KEY ACTIVITIES:

- Development of a Decision-support system for use in assessing cloud adoption.
- Preparing a go-to-market exercise for the selection of cloud services providers.
- Planning and undertaking pilots' of cloud services.
- Elicitation of business requirements and correlation with cloud technology solutions.
- Review and development of processes and policies associated with the uptake of cloud services.
- High-level analysis of current ICT landscape and application of existing basic frameworks to determine potential pilot activities.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- 6-8 years demonstrated experience as Business Analyst across disciplines including Data Management, Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud and alternative hosting, ICT Strategy and Application Portfolio Strategy, particularly in projects involving business process re-engineering, alternative hosting and ICT business transformation in large organisations.
- Demonstrated experience and detailed knowledge of BABOK and the analysis principles and methodologies across the identified disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise architecture toolsets.
- Superior oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and consultation skills.
- The capacity to act as a team player whilst achieving challenging outcomes, successfully managing competing priorities, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
