Business Analyst

Joining this leading organisation within the financial services industry, you will utilise your experience in 3P management methodologies to develop and document 40 new processes.

As the Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible interacting with multiple stakeholders to develop multiple processes. This includes AS IS and gap analysis and proposing recommendations.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL SET:

- Understanding of 3P management methodologies including Prince2, PMBOK, MSP
- Certified Lean Green Belt (preferred)
- Flexible, strong BA skills who can be adaptive and cope with a changing environment
- Strong business acumen and will challenge the status quo
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) by IIBA (preferred)
- Understanding of business analysis tasks and techniques as per IIBA's BABOK Guide and practical experience in their application
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
