Business Analyst

Working on a number of projects you will in involved in requirement gathering on a number of initiatives, from Billing Projects to Pricing, Product packaging you will be tasked with business analysis on business focussed projects so this would not suit someone that has looked after IT projects or looked at IT processes, we need a pure process focussed BA with experience on the business improvement side.

THE ROLE

- Contribute to the continual development of the Business Improvement framework and methodologies, and toolsets.
- Business Analysis in and around frameworks for business improvement benefits.
- Work closely with senior leaders from across the organisation gathering analysis to define and document business processes.
- Offer continual improvement by working with your peers in the business
- Undertake user acceptance testing from time to time
- Identify issues and offer solutions in and around business processes
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders

YOUR BACKGROUND

- Must be an experienced Business Analyst with experience looking at business processes (not IT)
- Experience working on billing projects.
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
- Usability certification would be an advantage
- Prince 2 Project Management certification would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Business processes and Business rules
