Business Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST to define requirements for an IT Service Management solution.

Map existing processes used by each service desk and reconcile these to identify and document to be standard ITIL-compliant processes, data definitions and software configuration requirements.

Develop configuration requirements for various high-value workflows such as request fulfilment to replace existing manually-based processes.

Develop high-level change-related documents.

The documentation produced by the business analyst will be used in the selection of a replacement ITSM tool and will its configuration.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- At least 5 years business analysis experience with a proven record of success on more complex multi-user projects
- Experience in the use and CONFIGURATION OF ITSM products.
- Sound knowledge of ITIL.
- Ability to plan and manage work.
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
- Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to address both business and technical requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good understanding of quality measures.
