My Investment Banking client based in Dublin is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their IT team.
Key Skills for a Business Analyst:
*MUST have worked within the Financial Services/Banking industry (ideally Investment Banking)
*Demonstrable Capital Markets experience with a Global Markets understanding
*Business process analysis and documentation.
*Workflow design, including process modelling and documentation
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
*Knowledge of Agile development methodology
*Ideally experience within Risk Technology in a Financial Services/Banking industry
The role:
*Responsible for analysis, requirement gathering and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
*Analyse supporting data
*Act as an interface between the business and development team in communicating requirements.
*Design of Test strategy, including preparation of test cases.
*Coordination of UA test cycles, documentation of results, issue tracking and any other activities associated.
