- Develop process flows for ITIL processes between the client and the services partner
- Undertake a gap analysis of current Service Desk documentation and what documentation is required
- Provision the Service Desk with up to date information on client's applications and services
- Coordinate information about the client's application layer for the Configuration Management Database
The expected qualifications and experience required for this role include;
- ITIL Foundations V3
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in documenting process flows
- Experience working with Service Desk knowledge bases/scripts
- Prior experience working in an account management role would be beneficial
