Business Analyst

One of our key clients is currently seeking to employ multiple Business Analysts that cover three core focus areas consisting of Business, Process & Change for an initial 6 month contract.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in conducting analysis of business needs in business change and transformation programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Developing, maintaining and managing relationships and communications with key stakeholders, meeting the challenges with confidence, and dealing with frequently conflicting and competing agendas of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding and contemporary business analysis best-practice methodologies and processes such as Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) and experience in the application thereof.
- Experience in Geographic Information Science and management.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills including, a strong ability to communicate, negotiate Strong background in interpreting and translating analysis results into insightful, clear and precise business specifications and requirement documentation.
- Superior analytical, research, conceptual and problem solving skills and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including report writing and presentation skills with emphasis on developing quality technical specifications.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification with 3+ years experience or equivalent demonstrable experience of 7-10 years.
- Proven experience with Process envisioning, design, development and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation.
