Business Analyst

Hyphen have an excellent opportunity to work for a large Insurance client based in Dublin, Ireland on a 3 month contract as a Business Analyst.

We have a number of policies where documentation needs to be reviewed in order to determine dates received/to cancel/surrender

We require a BA to do the following:
- Define the process to follow for the review to be provided to data analysts
- Define the QA procedures
- Establish a central database of the policies to be reviewed
- Manage the allocation of policies to the data analyst teams
- Ensure that the deadlines for completing the reviews are met
- Provide updates and reports on progress as required
- Identify ways to streamline the process to make it more efficient
- Support the Project Manager as required
- Manage policyholder rectification ie preparing policyholder and broker communication, project plan, printing, preparing Q&As etc

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Must have experience in Life and Pension administration
- Strong Business Analyst
- Strong, recent Insurance experience
- Workshop Facilitation
- Strong requirements elicitation and capture
