Business Analyst
Context: In the department Credit Risk Management, our team is in charge of the set-up of the risk data and calculation infrastructure.
Several projects are currently led by Risk Business Architecture and are now in Preparation or Elaboration phase.
Duration: Start Date : ASAP
Duration : till the end of 2013
Function Description:
Main tasks:
• Collaboration with the end users in order to prepare and refine the business requirements.
• Preparation of the specifications and change requests.
• Collaboration with the IT department / the project team during the implementation phase.
• Preparation and execution of the tests - preparation of the GO/NO GO meetings.
• Management of the documentation (business manual, specifications, meeting minutes, …) according to the guidelines.
• Support to the program manager in the project management activities:
minutes of the meetings, preparation of the Project Management meetings (PMT and Steering), daily follow up, planning, …
Language: French Dutch English
Required knowledge/ experience:
Education & Soft skills
• IT background.
• Economics and/or mathematics background.
• Good communication skills.
• Precision - very good communication skills in writing - respect of the deadlines - attentive to the quality of the deliverables.
• Ability to work in a changing environment.
• Project minded - Team spirit.
Experience:
• 3-4 years of professional experience in functional analysis.
• Expertise in data/process analysis, requirements documentation, testing.
• Experience in IT development.
Technical experience / knowledge:
Mandatory:
• Basic to expert knowledge of standard MS tools and technologies:
Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Outlook / Access / SAS / SQL / C# /…
• Functional and/or Technical Analysis skills.
• Testing capabilities including some developments.
Preferable:
• Credit / Credit Risk knowledge (Basel II, …).
