Business Analyst

One of our key clients is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 month contract located at their Ashfield premises.

The main purpose of this position is to participate in workshops, project tasks and stakeholder engagement activities to identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to business systems, processes and workflows aligned with the overall business requirements
- Design and implement tools and processes to identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to business systems, processes and workflows in alignment with operational plans and business objectives
- You will work closely with the Program Manager/Change Manager on scoping, sizing, approach and impacts of projects and programs;
- Identify business change needs, assess the impact of changes, capture, analyse and document requirements and communicate and deliver approved requirements to key stakeholders;
- Analyse, review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed business solutions and projects in alignment with operational plans;
- Develop functional specifications and design specifications for client engagements;
- Proven stakeholder management skills (internal & external)
- Government experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentational)
