Business Analyst

YOUR FUNCTION:
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understadning of Finance IT. You will be responsible for translating the business requirements into functional requirements.

YOUR PROFILE:
The Business Analyst we are looking for should have sufficient knowledge of financial accounting in wholesale banking environment, more specific liquidity reporting, and is familiar with subsequent financial reporting. The Business Analyst applies a strong knowledge base and expertise of relevant wholesale banking fields like business products
- Knowledge of product accounting and accounting glossaries;
- Knowledge of the finance policies;
- Knowledge of Liquidity management;
- Knowledge of the finance business processes;
- Good analytical skills and written and oral communication skills;
- Good presentation skills.

Experiences/Skills

- Preferably 5 years working experience as a Business Analyst in a wholesale banking environment;
- Understanding of Financial Reporting and preferably also Regulatory Reporting and Liquidity Reporting;
- Rules Engines
- Data warehousing inbounds specifications, ETL, interfaces and information engineering;
- Outbound data marts, data glossaries, MS Visio's
- Experienced in requirements elicitation, documentation and change management process.

- Academic/training level which indicates intelligence and ability to understand
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to guide business (Risk and Finance) in defining requirements
- Able to work in a non-structured environment
- Proactive attitude towards tackling issues;
- Customer focus and focus on results;
- Stress tolerance, Ability to work under pressure;
- Good proficiency in Dutch and English;
- Team player;
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Actively seeks to acquire relevant knowledge in as many areas as possible
