ROLE:

MAIN TASKS:
Implementation of a new HR system, migration of compliance systems, implementation of a general intergration layer.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understands how a bank works, especially personal loans, credit card processes and data architecture
- Understands SOA and Web Services
- Understands XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP and WSDL
- Experience SoapUI or similar SOA tool
- Experience with compliance processes: (1) FATCA; (2) Suspicious Activity Management; (3) Watch list filtering
- Experience with HR processes: (1) Human resources administration; (2) Payroll; (3) Goals and performance management; (4) Compensation and benefit; (5) Talent management; (6) Learning
- Understands process impacts of new solution, identifies process gaps and proposes process adaptation to cover the gaps

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with EA modelling tools (eg Sparx Enterprise Architect)
- Experience with Data modelling tools (eg ER/Studio Data Architect)
- Experience with Integration solutions: MQ, ESB, ETL, SFTP
- Familiar with user experience and user interface

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- German as a plus
